Job Description1、 Provide overall business and administrative support to CEO/GM, especially in calendar management.2、To assist CEO/GM in arranging and attending the meetings and conferences, to be minutes if necessary.3、To assist CEO/GM in collecting the daily report and communicate/coordinate with Line Manager.4、Assist CEO/GM in some strategic/special project, and be responsible for related documents, document collection and management5、Timely finish other tasks appointed by supervisors.Experience/Education Required 1. Bachelor degree in English, Business Administration or other related majors.2. More than 5 years’ experience as general manager assistant and secretary.3. Advanced English necessary, Italy preferably. Good reading and writing skills.4.
